Figurine is a Daz Studio 4 Pro Genesis “unimesh” Figure. Clothing and hair I modeled and textured myself.
Rock formations are Vue metablobs with displacement mapping applied to produce the lumps and bumps, and a rocky texture to give it a rocky look.

All-in-all, I think this turned out really well. I’m especially impressed with the Daz 3D Genesis figure – it poses extremely well with very little “pinching” of the mesh – under the arms, elbows, and knees – like you sometimes see with humanoid 3D models.
